Thread title pretty much sums it up, who lines up for Australia (or your nation) for the first T20 against Pakistan(?)?

My Australian XI would be;

1. Finch
2. Warner
3. Watson
4. White
5. Bailey
6. Maxwell
7. Haddin
8. Johnson
9. Starc
10. Coulter-Nile
11. Hogg/Muirhead (can't split them)

12th man: Faulkner

Obviously I'm going a bit early having not seen how each individual performs against SA in the 2nd and 3rd T20, but it might be good to look back on in a little bit. Could be a bit a s**t also.

Pretty close I think. Faulkner would be hard to leave out considering his hitting power and all round game. Depends whether he is fully fit.
Like Muirhead but I would pick Hogg

Yeah I agree with the point on Faulkner, I just don't know who you'd drop. Maxwell? I like having a decent second spinner with Watson being a medium pacer.

I agree with you, but I think the selectors will go with Muirhead.

Starc will probably get first go considering he's been fit longer than Faulkner has. Same with Muirhead over Hogg. This is all pretty irrelevant though if Watson performs with the ball like he did in the last world cup, threw down some absolute jaffas.

Tough one, depends on how fit Faulkner is. If he is 100% fit and that is a big if...

1. Warner
2. Finch
3. Watson
4. Maxwell
5. White
6. Bailey
7. Haddin
8. Faulkner
9. Starc
10. Muirhead
11. Hogg
12th: NCN

Bowling:

2 spinners in the sub continent, plus Maxwell
2 quicks + Watson
Part timers in White and Finch

Can't see the point in bowling 2 spin bowlers plus Maxwell. It's not like our spin bowlers are brilliant so why overuse them?

No Johnson?

Finch
Warner
Watson
White
Bailey
Maxwell (floater)
Haddin
Faulkner
Johnson
Starc
Hogg/Muirhead

I would play Muirhead in the 3rd T20I against SA

I want to see Muirhead for 1 "big" game just to see how he does as well
