BTW people, I might add that I think SOS would be extremely wary of giving pick 9 directly to Sydney for Papley because if Sydney then use that pick as part of the Daniher trade, then that gives * 3 top 10 picks.
2 of those picks could then be used to recruit an elite mid, making one of the mid tier competitors stronger.
I doubt SOS will allow that to happen, especially if an elite mid gets linked to * early on, such as Wines.

I highly doubt that's of any real concern to us.

All reports are suggesting we'll give pick 9. The only question is what else is part of the deal.

I’d certainly rate Zurhar ahead of Butler.

Cost in $ and picks would be similar.

All else being equal, I would also choose Zurhaar

BUT

Zurhaar would be a kid North is pinning their future on.
Butler is 934th in line for a small forward role at Richmond.

I dare say Butler will be MUCH easier and cheaper to extract.
