100% but I know being around many clubs that if the players don’t trust or believe in the coach and his instructions they fall away quickly.

Voss has had time to change it.

We need someone strong enough to change it... Or maybe we need two or three at the same time ..

One of those things needs to change, and he shouldn't be out there until it does.

I disagree but he absolutely shouldn't be on the wing for the reasons you mentioned
