You could see the game plan working at VFL level, and kids executing it. Were we holding them back while they learnt that system? Be interesting to hear Vossy's side one day.

To me, our turn of form is mostly personnel related. That, and the youth getting games now have been drilled in a winning system.
Losing Carroll is a blow though.
Raises the question - Is it more important for young players to have a winning system at VFL level ingrained into them, than it is for them to get senior experience?
