    You could see the game plan working at VFL level, and kids executing it. Were we holding them back while they learnt that system? Be interesting to hear Vossy's side one day. Voss (assuming he had the say) did make some puzzling team selections - Cottrell was (and still is) nowhere near ready...

    To me, our turn of form is mostly personnel related. That, and the youth getting games now have been drilled in a winning system. Losing Carroll is a blow though.
