    I really don't see the downside, provided the trade is favourable. He has versatility (good goal sense means he and Fyfe can rotate between the middle and forward), leadership and doesn't rely on athleticism to make an impact so won't be as impacted with age. I wouldn't give up too much for him...

    Sure, once he gets to know him he'll find out that he was school captain! Because everyone in the real world gives a s**t about that. Honestly, Gaff's entire defence was that he was popular in school. If "school captain" remains on your CV after you leave school, you haven't achieved adulthood.
