Admin Announcement Fred, long time BigFooty Admin, passed away on Saturday night. Funeral Sunday 30th at 1pm.
Yep, Fred started on Bigfooty the same time as I did. We had many great conversations, didn't always agree on somethings, but we always respected each others opinions. Just back from 4 weeks in New Zealand where AFL is unheard of! Rugby everywhere. They are even glued to the TV watching Womens Rugby. I nearly went crazy! Great to see the Blue Boys come thru. So good to see Hendo playing so well. Must admit I wasn't one of his fans, but today changed my mind! -

What's with the latest crap with the umpires being 'wired for sound' and talking to the commentators? They are becoming bigger than the game. Maybe if they concentrated on what they are meant to be doing instead of trying to be rock stars they wouldn't make so many bloody mistakes! -

Totally agree. I was screaming at the TV "why the hell are they allowed to be dressed like that?" Surely the AFL can't allow it to continue! -
