What happens if they test positive for steroids in the mid-week voluntary test? Does the club still cover it up?
And if cocaine is so rife, why aren't ASADA at clubs doing unannounced, random tests during the week?
EDIT: I see REH answered the 2nd point above...
Cos Ken...
I refuse to believe Burton has lost all ability to football - but the Burton out there on yesterday should not be anywhere near the first 23 picked.
Change in personnel means there was some natural changes in game style. Other than that, forward entries looked same ol same ol to me...
"Poor predictable Bart - always takes rock." "Good ole rock - nothin' beats that!"
Loved the vibe at Alberton on Friday night, and clearly redevelopment is a massive upgrade.
There is room for improvement though…
The biggest mistake they have made is the upgrade of the players benches. By making them fit for AFL trial games/AFLW, they now sit WAY too high and have taken away...
So we have the AFL cracking down on head knocks that cause concussion - and rightly so - because of the horrible long term effects that have ended in suicide.
At the same time we have an AFL sanctioned "journo" covering the tribunal, making jokes about losing the will to live. Classy.
