It is no more pointless than any other petition. The petition goes to the appropriate people at Collingwood. e.g. Board members and the CEO. The petition website allows several ways to deliver it. As for an initial target number of signatures, the poster above is correct that the petition...

It was interesting to see Vow and Declare surge again in the last few strides of the cup on Tuesday, once Craig Williams put the whip away. Then again, Williams is a masterful at using just hands and heels to get the best out of a horse.

Very perplexing situation. First reaction is that she has done a runner ?, but she doesn't seem to be the type of person who would commit a serious crime and then bolt. There's not much further information coming forward atm.
