    I think only concern would be MCC. In years gone by, they’ve opened up tickets to provisional members prior to the bounce. Could see a situation where the ground is sold out but there’s some scattered empty seats in the top deck of the members. But would still hit 97-98k in that case you’d reckon.

    I’d argue as well that Brisbane won’t be good forever, in fact they had an indifferent first two rounds this year. This fixture could be really critical to them if they fall back to the pack and the crowds drop off.

    From memory, there were still tickets on sale when the gold allocation was scheduled to close, and the all of a sudden, the AFL posted a sold-out message and there were none left for silver. I’d be furious if I’d been a competing club silver member of 10 years. It’s disgusting.

    No, it wasn’t. The afternoon games and Melbourne games were delayed in Melbourne, but interstate games were mostly live.

    I’m confused. I went to Saints Pies and the game was on the big screens in the Bunton. Can’t speak for Pies-Crows, however was at the Hawks-Swans thursday night and again, the game was on all the screens in the Bunton.
