Who knows, reckon 3 or 4 is about right
More than 5 would be pretty darn good
1or 2 would be sad but if its the youth doing the heavy lifting not so sad
my ideal weight for BMI for my height is like 79-83kgs
Id look like a sunken skeleton 💀 around the face.
High 80s is my target, I got to 118 a few years back but didnt realise
