List Mgmt. 2024 List Management thread - Trade Targets

As Liam Baker seems to be the main guy linked to us ATM I'd say he'd probably be chasing money coming to us tbh. He at the same time strikes me as a guy that really wants to win as well. Sometimes money is what gets good players to your club.

    Our bottom Six.

Would we have recruited much better than Voss if we’d delisted Corbett or Kuek? Not so sure we would’ve tbh. Heard we were very interested in Clohesy, so he might be the one if we’d had an extra National Don’t think our depth is even below average on paper. Most teams would love to have a...

    Our bottom Six.

Chapman will be closer to top three or four when fully fit than bottom three or four. At his best he’ll be one of our top ten players easily.

Mega Thread Non-Freo AFL Discussion 2024

I remember there being rumours we were very interested in using a late National Draft pick on him but we didn’t obviously.

Prediction Rd 6 Changes v West Coast

Duman probably never should've been cut. He'd been a semi-promising in and out of the side from 2018 to 2020. One bad season and we see delist him. Others were given so many more opportunities.

Sturt is frustrating. Mid last year I said he needed to lift his game to stay on the list long term. Second half of the year he did but here we are in a different year and it's back to square one. I genuinely think every team in the competition has a player or two at a similar level to...

List Mgmt. 2024 List Management thread - Trade Targets

It’s not that dire when we haven’t even tried Simpson and Declean yet. Sturt hasn’t played yet either. Wagner was delisted twice as a small forward. Let’s not ruin him again and make it three times. Stanley is developing okay as a winger. I see no reason to change that. Give the actual...

Motlop isn’t particularly quick but that Walters guy has had a pretty good career and is even slower.

List Mgmt. 2024 List Management thread - Trade Targets

We’re still quite young. As I said before the season started I think there’s enough talent that there’s no excuse to finish bottom six but we can’t be expected to finish top four yet. Also got to remember we had a fair chunk of our best 22 out yesterday and in some cases their direct replacement...

    2nds Peel Thunder 2024 Season

At the start of the season I would've said one of Banfield, Sturt or Emmett would be delisted. Banfield almost looks like you'd re-sign for a year now if you could. He probably wants two though and current form would probably get him there. Thing is though Banfield has played a lot wing this...

Considering he debuted last year maybe a time machine?

The Bowes trade is just bizarre for me. Was his contract that bad you had to pay that much for someone else to take him. Surely the Bulldogs can salary cap dump Lobb for a future fourth rounder to a club desperate for a key forward.

Still played 20+ games the last few years. May not be a star but those numbers suggest he's best 22

As much as he's been injured to start the season he's probably best 22 at GWS based on how many games he normally plays. Of course things change but I think he'd get a game at most teams (all but one or two tbh) so they'd be plenty of suitors if he isn't at GWS.

Prediction Rd 5 Changes vs Port

Maybe he just plays taller but always thought Hughes is one of those guys whose listed height is an absolute load of BS tbh.
