The fact that they made disclosures in a review initiated by Hawthorn, doesn't mean that they want/need/should go through a trial like process. I can imagine that it could be a bit grueling so can understand...
The only thing making me less concerned is that Harves and Lenny are pretty humble, hardworking types who at least are pretty well qualified and experienced.
If we were bringing in assistant coaches with no experience (Goddard) I would be a lot more concerned.
Body language expert:
Greshman - no smile. Resolute and determined. Expect a big year.
Billings - nervous smile. Worried. Has realised he won't get too many chances.
Marshall - grinning. Prepared for the hard work, wants to be challenged. In for a big year.

How many men are called whores or prostitutes? Would you ever think of using this language for a man? I would suggest that it is pretty clearly "gendered language".
I don't mind you being derogatory, but I think that word usage is a bit distasteful.
