    I heard him for the first time last night on SEN, he was terrible. His barracking was disgraceful and in the last quarter he drowned out the other commentators by yelling incomprehensible rubbish. Had to turn it off it was so bad.

    He's getting more bitter with age. I've barely heard him say anything positive about anyone in the past 3 years. Even when he does give somebody a faint whiff of praise it's prefaced with a negative remark.

    If tanking does exist (which I don't believe it does) this wouldn't solve the problem anyway. It might ease the temptation but clubs would still want pick #1 over #4.

    Without a shadow of a doubt he'd go back and slot it. The controversy in him missing a shot such as that would be greater than just the Blues missing a priority pick. There'd be match fixing allegations, irate punters, very angry supporters and I can't imagine Brett Ratten would be too pleased...

    Agree with the OP.:thumbsu: Look I'm all up for the television networks trying new things to improve their coverage but the fact that they insist on constantly talking it up really annoys me. Take the infamous "Skycam". 9 constantly talked this up for weeks before it was finally introduced...
