unfortunately the Crawford experiment came at the wrong time hopefully the club was able to bank some coin.they probably need some past players or personal to get back on board to move forward
Don't mind the idea of SE will give the folk around that area another club in another league to play in and they would be able to draw from around shep to. Travel is that bad either with shep being 50 odd minutes away. Have they got players that moved to the club from the likes of Berrigan...
I wouldn't think we need to swap clubs over if goorambat do join so be it. I would think you will find toc are pushing hard to get into nw with another meeting scheduled
On the toc front I believe they should look towards the south east comp. the longest drive would be shep east also they would struggle to recruit from Berrigan, blighty yaraweyah ect as players might not want to play against these clubs. Also it would give ppl in that area a chance to play in...
i wouldnt like the idea of to much swapping between the two leagues this early on. i do encourage new clubs to enter tho. Maybe the only idea that could come to mind is strathy and yazz and wunghnu go sw and crows Coleambally/hay head to nw for obvious reasons
Hope this makes sense, could luke say to Gws that he wants to play for the club but you have to recruit my brother as well for this to happen.
similar to Pendelbury with his brother kris
What are your thoughts
In all serious i think that it can be a good thing for the club and come back fitter next yr. Hope Roos stays on and we make good choices with the list to make another tilt at it
