    Taigh Bland moves the needle on his own for that team. Kid’s a star. Their Under 19s have gone up to Division 1 and made an immediate impact too, so if they’re can keep the group together they’ll be fine.

    It wouldn't be mandatory. If a club thinks they can handle it, then let them go for it. The EDFL has 25 teams in their Thirds, so there might be an appetite for it.
