Another disaster test for the CA
Perth and now Melbourne are costing CA plenty and Australian cricket revolves around good test matches in the summer.
I don't understand Matt Page making a good wicket last year and had cut the grass at 7mm and this year leaves it at 10mm, what was he thinking...
They are still trying to justify picking McGrath at #1 after all these years.
He always had leadership and we knew he would make a fine Captain one day
When the opposition have a turnover, do you think the middle of the ground is always congested ?
Last year at the end of the season all we did was bomb it down the wings and it didn't work.
You aren't always going down the middle but we have guys like Curtin, Dawson, Cook and Nank that are...
Just imagine having a game plan where you attack down the middle of the ground and get it into our forward line as fast as you can.
You would think that would be a winning move.
The 'around the boundary' game plan seems very risk adverse
It appears that we are always too afraid of a turnover
It would be pretty disheartening for the fringe players, going to pre season and Nicks has already picked his side for the year in December.
Is it any wonder we struggle to develop players when we don't even have the confidence to give them a run in the A's in the pre season
It doesn't feel like...
Well we have tried plan A, plan B and plan C, I don't think we have many other options left.
I know it feels like a leap of faith to give the youngsters a go but I feel these guys are our best bet going forward.
Along with Rankine, Rachele, Soligo and maybe Edwards
Nicks has been here 7 years...
I think everyone is hoping Dan Curtin can transition into the midfield in a big way this year.
I reckon Zac Taylor is one of the smartest players we have to play in at the CBA
And I like the traits that Pedlar brings into the CBA's as well.
Hopefully those guys can get a bit more of a run in...
I feel the club missed out badly not recruiting Talor Byrne.
He only went a couple of picks before our second pick.
I think we should have traded up to to get him instead of Ludowyke.
I think we need that nippy small forward to balance out our forward line
The second forward line looks a lot more dangerous and dynamic.
I'm pretty sure Nicks will go with the 'most experienced' forward line.
I don't think we can play both Keays and ANB in the same forward line.
They are too slow and don't crumb and are causing too many easy rebounds
It's hard to see what Hamish saw in him and his game, looks very underwhelming.
Good luck to the lad but I don't see much that will translate into and AFL footballer
I think Hetherton would have been a bet choice
