Last say on the North profit rather than drag it on in the thread. I probably didn't explain it very well, I apologise for that.
At the point North used their "profit" to reduce debt(s) and inject capital into their football department, the money ceases to be profit and is now an expenditure line(s). They cant be taxed on it, as it doesn't physically exist anywhere except on a piece of paper as part of the P and L, and it is now expenditure line(s). Thus it is a paper profit.
