The AFL has got junior rules wrong!
Different leagues have different rules which are modified from the AFL, your league obviously has stricter rules in regards to tackling, etc than some other leagues. This is not the AFL screwing Qld etc, rather they hand down their recommendations and each league adopts/modifies them to suit...- Word Count: 85
