Bringing our players to ground without possesion, dropping it up forward, Grundy grabbing Heath's guernsey at every boundary throw in in the 2nd quarter.     Sydney a step above, we have a lot of inexperience out there. The dimensions of the ground caught us out a bit too I reckon. Aftet another preseason I hope our younger guys stick a few more tackles in these high frenetic games but can't learn everything at once.

    All over. Our guys have played some pretty high tempo footy the opening month so I expected them to hit the wall at some point. A loss won't hurt them. Bombers have played good solid footbal in average conditions and prepared quite well against our game style.

    Essendon have played the conditions slightly better but jesus, umps have killed us. Crazy not 15m call and bs block cost us two set shots on goal, then a love tap and no htb gifts them 2 up the other end. Bombers smalls dangerous though and I think they'll win comfortably. AFL will be happy.
