Caleb Daniel got dropped. He would be a very good pressure forward. He would have to be keen to leave crazy bevo, and they wouldn't want to pay his salary to rot in the reserves.
Eddie McGuire said Adam goodes should promote king Kong (because he was an ape) and that Caroline Wilson should be held under frozen water.
Point being there is zero sincerity from the boys club. It's just about protecting their money.
For some reason Pedlar just annoys me as a player. I just dont see anything he offers. Not taking Tom Powell with the pedlar pick was another terrible drafting decision. (I really wish we had pushed hard for powell last year when his trade value was super low due to injury)

Split round sucks. Carlton are up for a bye before 10 sides play. 4 sides play twice before the other 10 play? Just play a full round and promote the nsw/qld games.

If you look through recent drafts, there is a major lack of tall talent coming through. It just seems alot easier to draft smalls and trade for talls. Its not just a port issue.
There's an article on shaun mannagh on the afl site. It says Geelong took him slightly early because Port were keen. He would have been an upgrade on jed.
