    I wouldn't write off Carroll after one practice match where some of the guys were not used to playing alongside each other in the same team. Let's be a bit more patient.

    Looks like we will have more run and spread from the mids this season, which we were lacking in games last year, and having Hall as a half forward who can go in to the midfield is a bonus. We needed post bigger scores last season and probably missed a fit Butler with his creativity around goals...

    Good effort, coach trying out different things and seeing how the younger guys especially respond to what he needs, and most did very well. Suns had a few handy players out which would have made it a lot closer, as some of their young players tired as the game went on, but the real stuff is...

    Not seeing much so far- Tauru and Coops looking ok, but a bit disappointed with our midfield and work around the stoppages..anyways it's just a praccy match

    Agree- these games are warm ups for the real stuff, but if there is a blowout on the scoreboard before the season starts, then it's never a good sign or feeling for a club and its supporters, potential members and sponsors. Let's hope it's a good contest. Looking forward to this.
