    All we can do is give LOC a couple of senior games and see how he goes, as he needs to take a big step like a few of the guys who are wanting to break into the seniors. I see Hastie developing further and I would be pumping games into him first.

    We have a pretty good list of players now and we need to form it into a team that can win at least six more games than the season just gone- so a lot of work needs to be done pre season to get the right players playing in the right positions

    Our hearts go out to these poor souls, but I'm sickened and annoyed at a few well-known individuals who reckon they have all the answers in hindsight- their chests must be bruised. Keep politics out of this sad time for the Jewish community and indeed all of Australia.

    Should be a good 2026- I think there were about 5 games this season that we lost due to poor starts or a bad quarter- a lot of it where the midfield went missing for parts of a game. If we fix that, we'll play finals.

    If we want to go up the ladder, we need strength in the forward half, midfield and backline- where's that coming from? I see JSOS as extra back line strength, and see Boxshall, Garcia and Hall stepping up, and I hope Pou as a forward, but I see the forward half as needing some work.

    Pou has great footy smarts and skills, but lacks a bit of agility and burst pace off the mark, and IMO not a midfielder at top level- OK at VFL level at that task.
