    Training 2024 training updates.

Sorry if this gets asked all the time, but is there anywhere the club posts training dates/times? Wanted to head in next Friday if the boys will be on the park. Cheers!

    2023 Round 1 - Starting 22

Either one of Dean or Frampton have to play. Frees up Moore and Howe to play looser and fly for marks etc.

Player Watch Tom Mitchell (Delisted 2025)

Love this pick up. Seeing as Adams is constantly injured we needed another inside bull to do the grunt work. What's the make up of our midfield now that he's in though? Personally I'd like to free up Pendles to almost permanent halfback now. Does Sidey potentially get squeezed out if the Daicos...

Player Watch Nick (AFL MVP) Daicos

Haven't seen one person talk up his leadership qualities yet. He's a general on field already, setting up plays and reminding people to go back to positions after goals in his first season. He's got captain written all over him.

News 2022 Coaches Association player award votes.

I wouldn't count Pendles out. Crisp will have a hefty lead in the first half of the season, whilst Pendles was consistent throughout and even quite brilliant in the second half of the season/finals.

    Player Watch Jordan De Goey

I wouldn't be surprised if his AC injury was worse than reported. Could hardly lift his arm at stages over the last 3 weeks.

MVP Didaka Award - Prelim final

    5. Crisp 4. Pendles 3. Moore 2. Sidey 1. Nick Daicos Wanted to give Noble 1 for his second half, provided so much drive for us, but he was shocking in the first 2 quarters.

    Player Watch Scott Pendlebury

I think Crisp just shaded him, but was in the top 3 players on the ground for sure. How good is this bloke though? Averaged 29 touches throughout the finals at 34 years of age. None of his current contemporaries (i.e. Selwood, Cotchin, Mundy etc) are anywhere near his level right now. Had an...

    Player Watch Darcy Moore

This. There is no other defender right now doing what he is doing (locking down a KPF and just going all out in offence on the rebound). Will be the skipper in 2023

Oppo Camp Mason Cox - Freo SSP 2026

His ruck work this season has really blossomed. Still puts himself in some awkward positions in ruck contests, but he is really starting to hold his ground well against some big bodies like Sean Darcy. His stats also never show his impact - his little taps and aerial presence yesterday were so...

Toast SF = Collingwood 79-59 Fremantle

Couldn't agree more. To have a loss up there a few weeks back will do is the world of good for the PF. I was a little bit worried we come out nervous and hesitant this week, but the boys showed no signs of that at all. We've got nothing to lose this week, let's bring the heat again and make...
