    I’ve certainly come around on Voss too. Admire him as a player/captain, and respect his perseverance since losing the Brisbane gig. I think we could do worse than somebody from Port’s system as well - they’re a great club, develop their players well and have been playing awesome footy

    Does anybody know whether the club has spoken to Caracella about a coaching role? Clubs he’s at seem to do well (Ess this year, previously Rich, Geel, Coll). As good an option as any if Clarkson, Lyon etc are off the table and we’re going with an untried coach. Sorry if this has been discussed...

    I'm unsure whether I like it or not, but it would be something I could come to terms with, especially if it's not Lyon or Clarkson. As long as everyone remaining at the club is on the same page, I think some quality people may have a bigger impact than we expect
