dont usaully post on opposition boards,but ithought the effort put in by the saints was soft, i thought you would give us a real contest, but the real saints came out to play, no heart , no desire to win a hard ball, no willingness to chase , dont hang your hat on a pre lim final loss your top... -

What we could improve upon...
Agree with the goal kicking could of had the game totally closed up at half time, i know we where 40 odd points up but remember the saints game, missing set shots from 30 out in front could prove costly,butsayingthat we still won by 10 goals. must get rid of the costly turnovers coming out of... -

while i think Taylor has done a good job all year he is not a natural footballer like Renouf, Robbie can do the crash bang job and Brent almost plays a ruck rover game around the ground, while Brent makes some mistakes, Taylor has made some bad clangers which you cant afford in finals, -

Why was Xavier Ellis not in the team?
losing Gilham meant that Browny might of had to go back to play tall and Stokes has a lot more pace to put forward pressure on the bulldogs run out of defence,Ellis was unlucky though. -

Collingwood Game Washup
i think we really needed Dew and Crawf on the park ,you cant beat experience, even though Crawf didnt get a lot of it he was in the right spots and also directed blokes to the right spots. get a few games in a row for Dew and he will be a game breaker come finals. -
