    If Menzel never did his knee in that fateful QF in 2011 (and thus would've been a premiership player that year). He's a helluva player now, but I can only imagine how good he would've been and how much he could've given the club during those lost years.

I feel weirdly optimistic about Friday night, the boys have shown time and time again this year (particularly in the last three h&a games) that when their backs are against the wall, they deliver.     Well that was freaking s***. I get that Richmond were just better than us all night but the way the boys just gave up in the last quarter, thoroughly disappointing. You can say what you want about the coach, but if the players play like that then we're not going to win, regardless of how good...
