No. Just no.

What a low bar to think that is consent to forward on personal images. Just don't send them on or show them without express consent. Simple.
Nah he's right. If you tell someone you'll forward the pic on and they don't object, that's consent.

Same if she is asleep and doesn't say no, right?

I wouldn't read that comment as I'm going to send this picture on and I doubt many would.

Surely the Richmond player responsible needs to come forward

Reminds of me being in school when some hoon throws something at teacher when his back is turned. Teacher turns around and demands culprit step forward, Nobody does - school class kept in till loser owns up

Didnt the 3aw website have the pic up early stages of the story ?

Where did they get it from ?

My guess is the internet. But i have no proof to support my theory

Love how the AFL just lives in its own little world of justice....

"It is true that every case is different, but in this case the Richmond player, if guilty, should not only be fined, but suspended from the club for a period and probably for a number of games."

ummm.... forget a club sanctioned fine and "missing games", he might be going to jail......
Come off it mate, he doesn't play for Collingwood.

There's just no chance the player can get away with it...the girl would obviously know who it was.

Even if he deletes the message from his phone or whatever they are recoverable. And if multiple other players have been sent the image they can't all lie to the police and say 'I don't know who sent it to me'...of course they know.

Also, tiger officials can't be seen to stand in the way of an investigation and protect their player...they themselves would probably tell their players to confess who it was.

They both will. His punishment will probably be worse from club level.

Mate, the point is the Caro is talking about the AFL punishment like thats the main thing, the criminal charges in court are the MAIN thing....

Are they though? Unless he goes to jail, the thing that will impact his footballing career will be whatever the club does. Footballer gets fine from court, doesn't really matter to anyone
Footballer gets 6 game in house suspension does.

Trent Cotchin confirmed. Sent to Chris Judd first who then distributed it. Close thread.

FFS, I thought nothing of it when I saw it. If the girl doesn't push charges, then who gives a shit? She probably loved the exposure. Set up an Instagram account and milk it for all its worth love.
