    Its a bloody saviour for soreness from weights and running. Anyone tried it? Hot water (as hot as you can handle) for 30 seconds Cold water (total cold, no hot water) for 30 seconds Repeat 3-5 times. Finish with cold. Its very refreshing...I dare you to try it if you haven't...
