That's not really true, they absolutely care about your promotional turnover vs. regular bets. If most of a customers turnover is on promos, whether they are winning or not they'll lose them. Most accounts also aren't getting banned, they can still place normal bets they just don't have access to promos anymore.

Much like a customer can be winning short to medium term but not get limited at all but a customer can be losing and still get limited/actually banned if they are consistently beating the market.

be happy they banned you before you won anything. after i won a bit & got banned i tried withdrawing & they did an 'investigation' & decided to keep all my money. even went to tribunal who don't even look at the cases just side with the bookies.

Yep, same. I know they have a bad reputation in some parts but I've literally never had an issue with them (one of the very few!).

yeah i had similar run too before the hammer. u might find they give u the paperwork hassle when u try to withdraw but at least they gave me my winnings after doing that.
