Stopped watching after about a minute.

The reason he can’t remember a one/two week hamstring injury is because it doesn’t exist.
It’s two weeks recovery one week building the running again. Minimum

I turned it off as soon as I saw those Funko pop things on his wall

okay, but what i'm saying is when we run the whole body should be used as a shock absorber not just the legs which is what happens if you keep the upper body rigid.
That isn't how the spine works. It works as a shock absorber whether you are running with it straight up or hunched over. Running straight up with hands on hips or arms pumping doesn't change your spine curvature.

Abbrev: clubs done the most in depth review ever conducted into the injury toll and the fitness and conditioning staff are in no way to blame and are the best in the business.

Hopefully everyone can accept that and apologise sincerely to Lukey Meehan for any words that caused offence to him or any member of his family or close associate group whether actual or imputed, at any time during before or after the period he was employed at the Richmond FC, be it as High Performance Manager or in other capacities within the high performance team but not limited strictly to his duties within those capacities.

Hugo Ralphsmith: Knee, Test
Noah Balta: Hamstring tightness, Test

“We pulled them both out of the game (last week) as a very precautionary approach,” Serpell said.

“Noah pulled up with a bit of hamstring tightness out of training, and then Hugo Ralphsmith, we thought we'd take a week to look after his knee, which he's been carrying for a little while.

“Both are expected to get through training tomorrow and be available for selection this weekend."

Josh Gibcus: Soreness, Test

“Similar to Hugo and Balta, we thought we'd give Josh Gibcus a rest last week. We have a low threshold for where he's at, and he pulled up a bit sore from the (VFL) game prior. Given he's not played many games the last two years, we thought we'd take the opportunity to give him a rest and see him back out there in the next week or two,” Serpell said.

Josh Smillie: Quad, 4-6 weeks

“(Smillie) is doing really well,” Serpell said.

“He's back to running around about 90 per cent, and he's starting to do a bit of kicking as well. We're really confident where he's at...but given where he's come from, the surgery, and a few other things, we anticipate him closer to six weeks.”

He only started running under water last week. There is only so much the can update week to week. Even with the ACLs last year they seemed hesitant to give a timeline until they were more like 6-8 weeks away
