Been with them for more than 10 years and never an issue. I would only suggest withdraw the 1500 in small increments as to not be flagged, and if already flagged as a potential sharp then at least it suggests you're leaving the rest in there to gamble away. Then you can wait a bit and withdraw another small amount.

Just call them surely? Get a better answer than asking guys on a forum who have no idea about the situation.

If its not a mistake my first guess would be either turnover requirements or multi account issue
