Imagine how Elijah feels hearing all these rumours get spread about his state during the game, his hospital trip was AFTER all these comments from Caro and the like started spreading post game its not unreasonable to suggest that's half the reason he ended up there.

It raises a lot of questions. What kind of psychologist for example? A sports psychologist has a primary lens of improving performance whereas let's say a clinical psychologist would be looking after mental health issues and performance would be secondary.

Are clubs going to have both or is the sports psych expected to look after both aspects?

For it to be Defamation it needs to be a deliberate and malicious attempt, ill give you an example, if I thought you stole something and I went on tv and said you stole something thats not defamation, I have to be deliberately lying for it to be defamation even if I was completely wrong and you never stole anything. Why would it be picked up by the mic? They’re designed not to pick up sound deliberately. The microphone is meant for the umpire only.
