Geez I woulda thought so, or perhaps I’m out of things now for a reason 🥶🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

He appeared (for me) to be quite impactful in 2nd half compared to some out there who seem quite happy to simply accumulate touches

Saying that, over the past 3 years there were weekly discrepancies in the numbers I would view so could easily get players mixed up as it does happen frequently on certain platforms
#7 was extremely impactful with his disposal and run, don’t trust prem data as gospel. Giants had a tonne of injuries that slowed them down late, #3 and #7 for Centrals were very good

Interesting weeks games this week. Romsey v Riddell has now peaked some interest with Romsey doing well last week and Riddell showing yet again that even when they lose players the find a way to be ultra competitive. A good club for a long period of time. Woodend v Macedon also should be a good game (depending which Woodend turn up - which probably depends if Toman gets 40+). Kyenton v Melton South - it's a game Melton South have to win really if it's going to feature on finals. They are competing against Kyenton for a 4th to 6th spot - history from last year suggests the Panthers find them hard to beat.

Mark Kovacevic and Matt Quigley are dominating the stats this week. Toman well held by the looks of things.

I'm not sure if it's correct, but 7 of the top 10 marks come from Wallan.

Charlie Rossetti is still way out in front in the hit-outs, with Chris Stewart nearly 100 behind.

Smart is the leading goal-kicker with Mangan and Jedwab a goal behind.

Who are the key players tomorrow? Anyone tipping an upset on any of the games? Let's leave Wallan - they have the bye so we don't need to be chatting about them for a couple of days!!

I’m going to have a look at Macedon v Woodend. If the absolute best version of Woodend turn up they’re a chance at an upset.
Disappointing to see Landt not named for Macedon. Seems a strange tactic to bring in a high profile recruit on big money to have him in one week out the next.

Believe he is living in Darwin - so it's an expensive exercise flights and match payments I would think!

I’ll be getting my RDFL fix at Romsey tomorrow. Hopefully Romsey have a red hot go.

Clubs would be pretty silly not to show it in the "declared" player expenses. I'm tipping they aren't getting away with it in that case! However, they may find a way to say he is only getting $50 a game in match payments though - the salary cap on local footy.....the gift that keeps on giving 🤣😂

The contracts that I have seen clearly state travel @ $$$ and a match payment fee.

Nil all draw according to Play HQ. Where’s Turbo when you need him?

I was sure the live scores were working earlier in the game.

Anyway, Kyneton's butchered kicking hurts them again. Ryan is a better footballer when he doesn't try to take mark of the year all the time. Melton South's ground looks tiny on the tele. Can the clubs ensure the commentary team have access to the right team sheet for the streamed game?

That said, an enjoyable game of footy to watch on a pretty average afternoon.

The gulf between the good and the bad has got worse.

Thanks Auck. Not a bad day to stay home and watch it on the stream.

Diggers Rest Callum Moore kicks 15.
That shouldn’t happen in any premier league standard games. But he is definitely the best player in the league by the length of the Flemington straight and making a mockery of this league.

Romsey looked great in the first quarter but jeez did Riddell get going in the second. Wasn’t a bad game overall but Riddell still have too much class for the middle order sides.

I’ve always pumped up the Riddell league of recent years but I’m bemused at how this league can be rated as a “premier” league when the under 19.5division apparently plays as a 16 a side when clubs only have 18players. Never ever heard of that when one side has 18 and the other side has a full 22.
I’m sure in most competitions under 18s or 19s is usually under the senior programs so why is Riddell league different?? Do we follow AFL which I’m sure have 18 on the field or have a missed something!

Top 4 still the same as 2025 yeah? Diggers, Macedon, Riddell, Wallan and the rest playing for 5th and 6th. Centrals appear to have significantly improved and Romsey appear to have dropped of a bit. South, Kyneton, Centrals fighting for 5th/6th.
