actualy i agree with most of it, keep a good 12 core key players and look for others to grow at the rate to compete in 4-6 years. WE ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING worth mentioning in finals with this team. it will take a few years. We need 5 or 6 top ten talent to grown into a GF team.
