Why does the AFL make draft week so long - it's taking the piss. Force clubs to get serious and do it over 3 days maximum. If you can't organise s**t in that time then move on.

Stanley has gone massively backwards. As has most of our team compared to 12 months ago. What we have on paper now is simply not good enough to trouble top 4. We need a better Stanley replacement and A grade mid. The rest is fixable.

Long term he might be ok - our issues are next year. There is no chance him and Stanley will be enough to get us into top 4. Especially if we don't also recruit an A grade mid.
