Why has the e safety Commissioner asked for the Wakeley stabbing to be removed but not the 2013 Aceh stabbing? Are foreigners stabbing foreigners OK for Australians to see? I guess so.
You wouldn't, and you shouldn't. We overpaid for what is essentially another McCreery who seems to be better at pressuring the oppo with the ball as opposed to getting the ball himself.
Agree 100% He and McCreery are much the same and we can't have two players in the same forward line that spend most of the game just pressuring the person with the ball rather than getting the ball themselves. Both players are underwhelming.
Voss wouldn't have seen anything that worried him today. Carlton's midfield will dine out on ours.
Our midfield is a worry. We are slow, and our most dynamic mid (Daicos) doesn't cope well with the hard stuff.
You just shift the goal posts. The criticism was that Nick only got cheap possessions off HB. Then he went into the middle and wio contested possessions. That's not enough now, and he needs contested marks, which apparently are a marker of the GOAT. Which is funny as the leaders in contested...
Ain't that the truth. Put Sheezel in a Collingwood jumper, and all of a sudden, he's a poor man's Daicos. Reid at Colilngwood and all of a sudden, he's weak for needing to be rested after 6 games.
A-well-a everybody's heard about the hird
h-h-h-hird, h-hirdd's the word
A-well-a don't you know about the hird?
Well, everybody knows that the hird is the word
He just might not be up to it. He wont be the first player to look good early in his career and then struggle once oppo teams start to put some effort in stopping them.
We've had J Anthony, J Stephenson, C Dawes all look a million dollars early in their careers.
Of course it’s in his head you peanut.
Footy, like all sport is 90% above the shoulders. Footballers are pretty much equal in terms of physical attributes. What sets them apart is what’s going on in their head. You lose confidence, you get the yips. All of those are mental, not physical issues.
Yes....
They have the motivation after a PF loss in 2023. Pain is the best motivator.
They the the talent.
It'll come down to (i) can they be at their best at the right time of the year and (ii) the things they can't control such as injuries and the form of other teams.
No they don't. They have now shown that the list can be competitive. Remaining results will be mostly influenced by injuries and mental attitude. You don't deserve a compo pick for either of those factors.
Nah. The guy is a robot. Makes a birdie and can't even crack a smile.
Golf needs heroes and villains, not robots. The occasion is what makes this event compelling TV viewing. Outside of the Masters, golf on TV is very, very boring.
