We speculated a bit on here last year that the Brownlow side big screen would obstruct the view from some of the upper level seats in the Selwood Stand- well, it does. About 50 seats have a view somewhere between these two photos… They were all sold, I was told, as “restricted or obstructed...

About 300 seats still available on Ticketmaster, mostly single seats and some accessable seating. The Selwood Stand has a some groups of seats left but not many. Looks promising for a great start to the season and stand opening!

That was the 32,815 crowd. I checked the wayback machine (web.archive.org) and Austadiums says the capacity at the time was 34,074. From memory there were lots of comments at the time re. the sold-out game not hitting full capacity numbers. That’s probably when we started looking a little more...
