Soccer is different in the sense you can go 90 minutes without a single goal. Extra time doesn't really make sense in that scenario. Ending a game on a penalty shootout is a bit too luck based IMO. Which is why OT works for Baseball and Basketball.
No, you're just saying length of time matters because you for some reason think it gives your argument gravitas. It's completely irrelevant. Much more "taxing" therefore a draw is somehow more or less justified? Clutching at straws now mate seriously.
Again - we already have extra time in...
Length of the game is irrelevant - it's the outcome. Basbeball is the same length but there are no draws there. This is just an attitude from a bygone era. Reminds me of the hesitance to the 6 - 6 - 6 rule and such despite them improving the spectacle of the game.
We already have Extra Time in...
He does a lot of things right but he just needs to work on his intensity. So often he goes for the ball at like 75% whereas other smalls in the comp are going for it at 100%. I put it down to age/size/experience at this stage, but definitely something he can work on.
Meh, turn it up. I watch the NBA and how clutch and memorable OT moments are and I never once think game should be ended with zero winners.
It will eventually happen but in the meantime we get anti climatic endings like that.
