Yes. I like Austin more. It has a younger vibe due to it being a college town. San Anton is a beautiful city with lots of history and south west culture. The drive is about 2 hours.

Star Alliance for me, nearly all with United because I’m in SF which is a major hub for them. I also fly Singapore, Lufthansa, and Avianca. But all of my miles get banked to United account.
