Where are the condemning articles?

I am sure I heard on the radio that Lewis was reported on satuday. His report resulted in a 50m penalty and a goal if I am not mistaken. What happen? Was it dismissed before it went to the tribunal? The goal scored, on this occcassion, more than likely made no difference to the result, but...
