maybe Birchmore should join the committee out at Riverside rather than coaching? because his coaching is about as good as his kicking. He isn't the player he used to be, because of age, etc, and he is prone to sniping blokes through frustration. Not just Phil.... Plenty of others that snipe...

Its not so much the fact clubs appoint people to do this, its the jokes that actually get appointed! Some of the blokes in question better go back to basics and start teaching players (and themselves) how to man up and not play that reserves style football that will never, has never gotten them...

Just got word from around the traps that some HDFL clubs are appointing "back line coaches"? Please tell me that footy hasn't got that bad for gods sake :)

Iv had my stint at LVFL and still watch a fair bit of it and know whats going on so i still stand by my statement (if fit) he will easily be in the top 5 LVFL at medal time:thumbsu:

You are right with the committee there. Some good blokes but the rubbish let them down and its happened for years. They have a couple of people there that have no idea and are quick to point the finger for their own mistakes. As for the football, I agree with Roota, i think YCW will finish...
