Stop giving them extra picks. Give them a big bonus in the soft cap so they have the best facilities and coaches in the league. Give them some sort of discount on mature age players or some other incentive to get more mature players there.

Why are the giants in this thread? We’ve played finals last 3 years, are currently 5th with a young midfield. Was this thread started by a Victorian?

Our midflieds ages at the moment are 25, 24, 23, 22 and 20. We have spread our age bracket to ensure we are, at worst, competitive for a long period.

I think we are ticking a lot of boxes. On track for 15000 members - a lot of which are young kids, and pushing for finals. We sellout games in Canberra and pretty soon will be getting 20000 in our boutique stadium in Sydney. That's great for a 4 year old club in a new frontier. Us succeeding...
