G'day chicken lovers, Does anyone (in Perth) want to swap a 2 year old, constantly broody, non egg laying black Autralorp for a decent layer? She has gone broody twice in the past 3 months and hasn't pushed out an egg in that time. She is really friendly though, but I'm in it for the eggs.

Fair call Hark's. I grew up in a much simpler time when meat was meat. Seems I need to get with the times. No offence intended, you keep doing what you're doing and I will rant about it elsewhere.

I dont like to discriminate, I see all animals as meat. The people who will only eat seafood and label themselves pescadickheads, should remove themselves from society.

Food, Drink & Dining Out What did you cook for dinner last night?

Cooking indirectly means it should not be over any flames at all. Charcoal on one side, Meat on the other, lid on. That's the Weber way.

Food, Drink & Dining Out How do you have your steak ?

Steak has to be cooked on charcoal and cooked very, very rare. Cut a slab of pre-prepared garlic and parsley butter and apply to steak while resting.
