I have had sciatica for 2 years. I can confirm it is f’ing horrendous. The only thing that made it feel okay was tramadol (WADA banned). Mine is starting to calm down after a few months of yoga. Before that the surgeon was going to trim the disk bulge that was causing it. No thanks.
