Roos on the couch a few weeks ago stated, that when he was coaching, Kruezer was the most important Carlton player that they needed to plan for. Fair statement. Hope he has another 3/4 years left in him.

Not normally a fan of players talking during matches, but loved when he was interviewed his intensity and focus and team first determination. That's when I started to believe a win was going to happen.

Not exactly sure where he slots in right now anyway, considering we still want to make room for LOB and Kennedy. So he may as well serve an apprenticeship in the VFL until absolutely ready. As someone rightly said, we are in a new phase where we can can actually develop our kids in the reserves...

Loved the little celebration of SOS. Also loved the WTF look exchange with SOS when Reid asked for the name of the player. Brilliant stuff. Funny thing was, when watching the drama unfold I was getting tense and almost holding my breath, but already knowing the outcome...weird

Watching his highlights he reminds me of Cripps in the way he creates space and is happy to take on or brush aside tacklers. Not quick but strong core, which enables him to keep his feet under pressure. Like very much :)

We have done extremely well in this trade period. Setterfield will be a star. How awesome will our midfield be in a year or two. So happy with this and didn't cost a fortune either. Well done SOS.
