Just watched this, thought it was bog average. I like these kind of movies but it was quite a let down. Story line was generic, basically just nazis in space and has no character development whatsoever. Visually good, but no depth to the story.
Tossing up whether I even bother with Part 2.
Who doesn't love Head? Fantastic knock!
Went to bed when we were 3 fa, looking pretty shaky, great fight back.
Apparently India didn't hang around for the trophy ceremony. Pretty piss poor.
We would have been fine if the umpires didn't inexplicably hand England a newer ball. The weren't entitled to a new ball, yet still got one and were able to do damage with it.
Given this is pretty much guaranteed now to end in a draw, Ussie must be feeling pretty dirty. It was a dead rubber match, fans were more excited to see a double ton than a nothing win. Poor decision.
It's a tough one.
I wouldn't worry about the mental health issue much, unless she's that fragile she's a risk of stepping in front of a bus if you poke her. You seem to be only vaguely aware of some issue, so I don't think that's the case. Which it then becomes a bullshit excuse.
Sounds like...
TEDs used to be my go to drink, especially on a warm day. Probably still my preference for Lagers. I tend to stick to Pale Ales more these days, I like One-Fifty Lashes.
Have you tried Paulaner? Goes down well.
Agree with Kozel! There's a few Czech beers that are pretty good, but Kozel is...
Only read the first 3, but pretty sure it's anything goes in terms of who loves who. Particularly between Louis and LeStat, LeStat and Armand and Louis and Armand.
Side note on Cruise playing LeStat, I thought he was great, though I did see the movie before reading the book. I also thought he...
Funny thing is, the movie he actually won an Oscar for (The Revenant) and his acting in it were pretty average. You could definitely argue his Django performance was Oscar worthy though!
Never used to like him, but he's grown on me. Same with Matt Damon. (Both of which were great in The...
Bit of a late response, not sure if you've had much luck finding something more flexible.
I'm in IT and changed jobs in November, I had quite a few recruiters ring about roles in other cities that were 100% remote which I had to turn down as I actually wanted something where I could go in at...
Didn't help that they started with Elfstones rather than Sword, though given it's similarity to LotR, I can kinda understand. I don't remember references to "our" reality being in the book (I've read elsewhere that they're there though), but they should have just cut that out of the series...
Awkward for you. It clearly says to contacts within your household. That's no real surprise is it? Given the close and constant proximity to them.
If you bothered to find and read it, rather than just forward a screenshot, it also says being vaccinated significantly reduces the symptoms.
It's not just about how it affects you though. It affects how likely you are to pass it on to others, regardless of whether they're vaxed or not. That could be your friends, your family. You may not be affected much by it, not even realise you have it, visit your folks and they could struggle...
Gralin has touched on this above, not everyone can get vaccinated for various reasons eg age, medical etc). It's up to those who can to do so to protect as many people as possible. Sure, you can be vaccinated and still pass it onto someone, but being unvaccinated means you have a much higher...
Like I said, we're not without our issues, especially in regards to racism (of all cultures, not just indigenous Australians).
We've had this discussion before so I completely understand why you feel this way.
I don't have any particular faith in our Prime Ministers either, but you could write...
The thing is, saying we're lucky we're not like America doesn't mean we think it's all perfect and have no issues here. Let's face it, being better than America is not a particularly high bar at the moment.
Don't pay the fine. I used to work at ECQ, they send you a few notices about failing to vote, you only need to respond to one saying you couldn't make it and they'll excuse you. From what I was told, it doesn't even need to be a good excuse, though if you said you had corona like symptoms I...
