I don't know what he wants, but my take is a fairly high premium. If you end up with 14 from north somehow, I think 7 for 14,19 probably wouldn't be accepted.

I think you need to go for 3 of the top 5. Trade 1,19,2024r1,2024r2 for 2,3,5,2024pick20. If you like my suggestion, you can work out what North, Gold Coast get. Probably gold coast get 19,2024r1 for 5,2024r2 North get what's left.
