I was nothing but polite, respectful and did nothing against the rules. I won't post here again, but not sure why this was necessary from a mod of the board.
I didn't call it a s**t deal, I said the club might believe it's a s**t deal, especially when the Dogs are willing to pay him $450,000 over four years.
When I say s**t, I say it loosely. I really mean that pick 22 does not meet Essendon valuation of Crameri when all things are considered...
Look, I think a deal will be done. In a year when Essendon have not first or second round picks and you have three weeks to work with a club that has shown it's considerable interest in the player, making the Bulldogs sweat isn't necessarily the end of the world for Essendon.
22+Johannisen...
Because advantage can't be called by any umpire if the original free kick was paid by a non-controlling umpire.
It's a s**t rule, no doubt. But that wasn't an umpiring fault.
The advantage was not allowed as the controlling umpire didn't pay the free kick. It has always been a rule.
Bad luck today, you played bloody well and as noted on the MB before the game, your pessimism is misplaced. Your team has heart, at the end of the day, that is the core ingredient of a...
Can't compare.
One's going to dominate the competition as a KPF and the other one is going to dominate the competition as a midfielder.
Relax guys, we're both going to be winners. :thumbsu:
I don't think Essendon would have any use for it TBH.
We already have 45,000+ reserved seat members, plus we haven't had a sub 25,000 home game in the last 16 years.
A boutique 25,000-30,000 seat stadium would be terrific though.
Are you really so naive to what's going on here?
The police clearly believe he either used them, or intended to use them.
Do you honestly think he was just holding on to them or trying to sell them?
There must be sufficient admissible evidence that the offender is using or in possession of a small (non-traffikable) quantity of illicit drugs and the drugs must be for personal use only.
Look, I'm not saying he should have got off but all I'm saying is that there is no malice in it and it was just unlucky that it broke Addisons jaw.
As such, the call earlier in this thread Crameri should get four weeks because Addison is out for four weeks was just wrong.
The optimism is contagious in this thread...
I'm not expecting a thumping this Saturday, heck, I'm a bit nervous to be truthful with McCartney and Grant now at the Dogs. Can you blame me after the Melbourne debacle however?
