Yup, there is always a cost. In a competitive market the cheapest product often wins, which is why we are where we are at the moment.
R&D to improve technology and reduce those costs is also important, as is economies of scale. Both can help reduce the costs
I think people are pointing out that he talks the talk, but his actions in his life dont back them up eg using private planes, land rovers etc
I'm glad he has the concerns, maybe he should fly commercial and buy a tesla. Not everyone can afford to make those changes in their lives, but he can
Agree it's great for golf. My only complaint is where the money comes from. I'm sure all governments do things not sure they all extend to assassinating journalists
Yeah pretty boring for the journalists or women they are killing in the last few years. I'm not talking going back in talking now. I'm not judging countries on historical issues. If you're ok with murder that's up to you
The media hype about vaccination is really getting to me. I'm getting my 2nd dose on Sunday, it's really easy and quick to get an appointment and there were heaps of appointments available.
As you say, vaccines were needed more urgently elsewhere. Is it ok if Australia was at 70% vaccination now...
They saved lives, all the countries that had low numbers of covid have low vaccination rates (we are ahead of NZ as a %), because (rightly) the vaccines have been prioritised to countries where people were dying.
The constitution requires states to control health and the federal government...
Stayed up to watch, was a great ending but Liverpool have lacked polish this season. Having no quality CBs for 3/4 of the season hasn't helped but the team has looked jaded most of the year.
His points were that it doesn't matter how bad anyone thinks the US has become under Trump, it is nowhere near as bad as China. I don't see how that contradicts anything you have said?
I grew up in the 80s and disagree, but if you can provide some examples I'm happy to debate. Action movies in the 80s were, however, excellent. Comedies not bad either
Agree to an extent, love all of the above films, although you could argue that everyone thinks that the best movies/music etc occurred when they were teens/in their 20s (which I was in the 90s). More impressionable at that age I guess
80s had some good action movies and so terrible they're good...
