What is the bare minimum a 100kg male can log at a local powerlifting comp without being beaten as a troll?
I'd love to try it in 2017 as an "experience" yet know I'll finish dead last. I just don't want to get hated on and insult the sport like those "fat chicks" with 13% body fat...
Golfers Elbow? I have it too. Never goes away and never gets worse. Seems to annoy most when moving up in weight.
I also have Tennis Elbow, which stops me curling too much weight.
I preferred season 1 when he actually competed in endurance events.
I stopped watching after the Water polo episode. Only so much training I can watch.

I swam again this morning after 15 hours fasting and again it was tough. My times weren't awful yet I struggled early instead of feeling on top of the water. I did weights at 17 hours felt tired but lifted super well.
So that's twice Cardio has been difficult and weights easy.

Yep I agree. I will take 10g BCAA pre workouts from now on. I'll also try to do cardio after I finish the fast.
I do Triathlon so 2 sessions a day is unavoidable. I will definitely not do longer than 30 minutes cardio fasted.
So I started the 18-6 last night and just finished my first fast. I hit the weights at 17 hours and got through a good session. Went for a swim this morning too at the 14 hour mark, first set good, subsequent sets weaker.
I'm very keen to drop from 110kg to 100kg over the next 3 months whilst...
It's 80% what you eat......
So eat healthy and try to go out for an hour a few times a week. Mix your walking and running and set yourself mini challenges to keep improving.
The kg's will fall off if you follow this.
