It's just feeding into the idea that the individual is always the problem and not the system.
We don't need to change anything we just need to keep punishing individuals
much more in fundraising off the back of it not being protected than actually doing anything about that
like many things in America, you need to elect us to protect you from the bad Republicans
oh we didnt do anything sorry, you need to elect us again for the same reasons
we get it here now...
you'd be able to find a ton of videos of dickhead Aussies draped in the flag saying the same sort of s**t
same in America
racist dickheads are going to racist dickhead
the biggest issue in Journalism currently is the majority of journalists are white middle class to well off people
its a class issue as much as anything for mine
Not sure whether there is anyone on the board that wasn't appointed under the coalition or not.
I don't think the issue at the ABC could purely be put at the feet of coalition choices for appointment though, the issues seem to exist across Australian media with how they are all run these days
they get told they're centerists so of course anything left of them must be left wing and therefore bad
though they seem to have less issues with things to the right of them
Tony Armstrong got publicly remonstrated with by the ABC for a post he made as well in support of Palestine last year
ABC wilts at any targeting of journalists that aren't white it seems
Stan Grant pointed it out, Fauziah, many other have copped it here over the years, not just at the ABC but...
Yes which is why its pro Israel stance and reporting is disappointing
she shared a video about the news, plenty of ABC journalists have done more than that and kept their jobs
of course most of them don't have a lobby group coming after them with legal threats to the station
Lol journalistic...
she was targeted by a campaign to remove her from her job because she wasn't pro Israel
everything else is noise
that you're giving her s**t says a lot about you really
She got fired because a lobby group pushed the ABC to remove her because she wasn't pro Israel
They fired her allegedly for sharing a video that the ABC reported on themselves as well
Right so seeing as you know there hasn't been an election in Gaza for 17 years why do you think it's relevant to talk about it like the people living there now voted for Hamas when half the population of Gaza wasn't even alive last time Palestinians had a choice?
I'm sure you're also aware Hamas...
Maybe they were nerf missles?
Probably not though.
What I find interesting really is the words so frequently used in the media and by politicians on these topics
Depending on who you read the blockade was either solidarity without civilian deaths or an unsanctioned and unprecedented violent...
you really should try reading before posting
the question was not mine and it was not what you've written either
the question was
Are you suggesting that if Hamas surrender there will be no further military action taken by Israel within Gaza and that the "government" will be replaced...
no they asked you what you think
is your issue that you don't read the question fully
or is it that you don't like being asked to elaborate on you're own thoughts because at that point things get hard
